The Flag of the Silesian Voivodeship (Silesian: fana wojewůdztwo ślůnski, Polish: flaga województwa śląskiego, Czech: vlajka slezského vojvodství, German: flagge der woiwodschaft schlesein) is a bicolor of dark blue and gold. It consists of a dark blue field with a narrow gold stripe in the center. The colors of the flag comes from the Voivodeship’s coat of arms, which was said to use Pantone Colors for the color palette. It was adopted on 11 June, 2001 by the Silesian Assembly and was made by Barbara Widłak. The variant flag is similar to the main flag, but the difference is that instead of a narrow stripe at the center, there is instead a gold eagle to the style of Lower Silesia’s eagle, without the cross on the wings, at the center.
